What’s included in each plan?
Each plan includes access to the IVQA dashboard, the verification pages, and the specific volume/feature limits shown in the plan card.
How does billing work?
Company plans are billed monthly. Education plans are billed annually (per academic year), as shown on the plan cards.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support common business payment methods depending on your region (bank transfer and card where available). If you need a specific method, contact us and we’ll confirm options.
Can we upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can change plans as your needs change. Upgrades can apply right away. Downgrades usually apply at renewal.
Do you offer refunds?
If there’s a billing mistake or a verified issue preventing service use, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly. Contact support with your invoice details for review.
What if we exceed our plan limit?
You can upgrade to a higher plan or request an add-on volume extension. We’ll guide you to the most cost-effective option for your usage.
Do we get an invoice for accounting?
Yes. We can provide an invoice/receipt suitable for accounting records. If you need specific company details on the invoice (VAT/Tax ID, address, PO number), include them when contacting us.
Are taxes/VAT included in the listed prices?
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the page. Tax handling depends on your country and invoice requirements. If taxes/VAT must be applied, we’ll confirm the total on the invoice before payment.
