Three steps to issue

They’re the same for a whole class or for one new employee.

  1. Add the people you issue to. Students or employees, from a CSV file or one by one.
  2. Give them QR codes. A whole class at once, or one per employee.
  3. Issue. Put the IVQA QR on the diplomas and documents you already issue. Student cards and employee badges are designed in IVQA.

Security, in short

Read the security page
  • Every QR link is signed. The public page checks the signature before it shows anything.
  • Every stored file has a fingerprint. IVQA records a SHA-256 fingerprint when the file is saved and shows it on a valid result.
  • Everything runs over HTTPS. That goes for ivqa.org, app.ivqa.org and check.ivqa.org.
  • Only your organization can change a status. You revoke or restore, and the next scan shows it.
